Please note that it takes about 30 seconds for events to get recognized. If you are still having trouble here's what you can do:
- Once you have integrated the script tag into your website, refresh your web page and the tag will start storing event data on to our servers. If you would like to verify it right away you can click on the check now button.
- Check the url you used to generate the custom script. The script tag is url specific that means the integration wouldn't work if you used a different url. Learn how to integrate MineWhat using Javascript tags click here.
